The H&K UMP (Universale Maschinenpistole, Universal Machine Pistol) was developed and manufactured as a lightweight and cheaper to produce successor to the venerable MP5.The UMP utilizes high tech polymers for the great majority of the firearm to help cut down on overall weight as well as make the firearm less susceptible to the elements and corrosion. Other features include 4 different trigger group settings (safe / semi / 2rd burst / full auto), a side-folding buttstock to help reduce the weapon profile for transport, Picatinny accessory rails, and a bolt lock which will engage after the last round is fired.
The UMAREX gas blowback UMP features realistic construction and functionality that replicates the actual UMP as closely as possible. The sturdy polymer receiver and front assembly helps make this SMG incredibly light weight, perfect for high speed loadouts. The UMP boasts very realistic recoil and an impressive fire rate that can quickly empty its realistic 30rd magazine, putting a lot of firepower down range.
