Description
A “no lathe” way to turn a surplus Small Ring93-96 into a sporter. Already threaded with the chamber leftslightly short. After installation, use a hand-turned finish reamer todeepen until headspace is perfect. (Reamer and HeadspaceGauges required.) Made to our specifications by Shilen.
NOTE: These actions are not as strong as the Mauser 98. The barrels listed are chambered for low pressure cartridges. Guns using them should be fired only with standard, factory-equivalent rounds. Handloads MUST NOT exceed SAAMI specs.
SPECS: CM steel. .980″ diameter x .645″ long, – 12 tpi, “V” thread. 26″ (66cm) long.
