POF Buffer Tube, Anti-Tilt (7-Position), for 308
Our Mil-Spec 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum Anti-tilt Buffer Tube uses “carrier cradle” extensions to ensure that the carrier is always supported by the buffer tube, even when the bolt is forward. This prevents carrier-tilt and premature wear on the buffer tube. Thusly, the buffer-detent button doubles as a lock that stops the buffer tube from rotating and becoming loose under extreme operation conditions. POF’s designs also features three (3) extra drain holes for marine environments.
This anti-tilt 308 buffer tube allows you to use a standard AR15 buffer. The 7-position was produced for use in our P308 rifles to allow the standard AR15/M16 carbine buffer to be used along with a rifle length 308 buffer spring, which gives you a much better selection of buffers and allows you to dial in your gun for better recoil management.
