However, the commercial market has exploded with M-LOK accessory attachments, and the Midwest Industries HK 416 Free-Float M-LOK Handguard enables owners of this battle rifle to take advantage of these recent additions to the firearms world.The Midwest Industries HK 416 Free-Float M-LOK Handguard is machined from durable 6061 aluminum and features a hard-coat anodized finish in black that protects against damage in rugged environments. The cross-bolt on the handguard is made from heat-treated 4140, which is finished in a phosphate coating.
