SCAR MREX MARK II M-LOK HANDGUARDS
Though the platform has been popularized through its use with special-operations groups, the FN SCAR 17 hasn’t received the accessory-attachment support that other military rifle platforms have. However, KDG is changing that with the SCAR MREX MKII Rail System. Based on the company’s original MREX rail system, this attachment system provides a bunch of M-LOK attachment slots for bolting on your must-have accessories.
Each KDG SCAR MREX MKII Rail System can be had in three different lengths: 2.2 inches and 6.5 inches. Each system is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and features M-LOK modular slots along the entire length of the extension. A Drop M-LOK mounting point at the 12 o’clock position allows shooters to add on lights and lasers. The MKII design also incorporates the step-down design in front of the folding sight that shooters have asked for, but this design does not include the Picatinny rail forward of the front sight.
