Forward Controls Design 6315RF Flash Hider – Plan B Suppressor MountThe 6315RF (Revival Defense, Forward Controls) is a Closed-Tine, Closed-Bottom, Flash Hider and “Plan B” Compatible Tapered Suppressor Mount.The 6315RF is a collaboration between Forward Controls Design and Revival DefenseWhen designing the 6315RF, we set out to create our ideal muzzle device while incorporating the “Plan B” Type Tapered Suppressor Mount. The 6315RF and 6310RF are based on the successful FCD 6315 series of muzzle devices, that include the features that we sought after incorporating in to our device. Predictably,16″ barrels don’t produce much flash signature, while occasional fireballs erupt out of a 10.5″ barrel, not uncommon with short barrels. Ammo can and does change flash signature, we used Winchester M193 55 grain for testing and not low flash ammo. 6315RF’s length is shorter than that of a TDP spec A2, (1.76″ overall length, with 0.79″ available for ports), 6315RF is shorter (1.725″ overall length, with 0.675″ available for ports), its flash suppression performance is similar to the A2.
