The Hanson Performance Series 17.7″ barrel is further built to harness the full performance of the 5.56 NATO round and limit the felt recoil so you can get on target and stay there.

Machined from 4150 chrome-moly-vanadium, the Ballistic Advantage 17.7″ Hanson barrel has a quench-polish-quench (QPQ) case hardening and a natural black finish. The 1.03″ gas block seat accepts .750″ low-profile gas blocks, so your choice of optics will fit no matter what. You can run a can because the Performance Series 5.56 Hanson mid-length barrel is threaded 1/2 x 28. Like all of the BA Performance Series barrels, this barrel features a FailZero nickel-boron-coated extended M4 feed-ramp extension.
