The Ballistic Advantage modern series 16-inch 9mm AR barrel mates to any mil-spec AR upper, limiting the amount of work you need to do to switch calibers.
The Ballistic Advantage 9mm 16-inch barrel is threaded. Put a suppressor on and shoot 147-grain subsonic ammo, and the sound of the bullet smacking your target is louder than the muzzle report. Shoot ball ammo at the range to save money. Use JHP when you are hunting small to medium game. Just remember: even with the Ballistic Advantage 9mm 16-inch barrel, this is not a long-range weapon. Shots of 100 yards are possible and should be the maximum effective range when hunting.
