The SilentStrike 9mm 140 grain is made from dense heavy granular lead compressed powder metal. The high density of the heavy granular core gives the load the ability to penetrate thick clothing/hide heavy bone to reach the vitals. The frangible core is designed to begin fragmenting in vertical and horizontal directions creating massive expanding rotational multi-directional permanent wound cavity which causes traumatic shock trauma to the central nervous system and shuts it down from overload.
