Description
This 7200-round case of collectible .22 Short ammunition is a great way to build up a stash of functional cartridges while also owning a piece of foreign history! Vostok Super Match ammo was made during the 70s, presumably to arm Russian Olympic competitors with a training and match stock that was a perfect fit for their finely tuned handguns. Each rimfire round is loaded with a 28-grain, exposed lead bullet with a round nose (LRN) that offers smooth feeding and clean target performance.
rThe LRN bullet comes coated with a thin film of wax which has helped to protect it from the elements for over four decades. Wax coating also reduces the buildup of lead fouling in a bore which could throw off accuracy or even decrease reliability. While there are no strict records that track the storage conditions of this ammunition throughout its long life, we have been assured that the rounds are free from moisture exposure.
