rrEach round is loaded with a 145 grain rifled slug projectile. These unique bullets feature a thin-wall jacket covering a lead core made from compressed #12 shot. Along with a soft polymer tip, this design allows the projectiles to fragment upon expansion, carving a large wound channel without passing through the target.
rrWith a smooth round nose profile, these loads deliver reliable feeding, extraction, and function in weapons chambered for .45 Colt ammunition. Each round delivers a muzzle velocity of 1250 feet per second and a muzzle energy of 503 foot pounds. This new production ammunition is non-corrosive, boxer primed, and brass cased.
