This 9mm round by Federal Syntech PCC is crowned with a 130 grain Total Synthetic Jacket (TSJ) projectile. The bullet is completely enclosed by a layer of high tech polymer, so it is incapable of leaving lead or copper residue behind in a weapon’s bore. Such a bullet greatly reduces friction in a barrel, and as the result increases its lifespan measurably. This bullet’s flat nose profile and ability to minimize splash-back make it exceptional for the task of knocking down steel targets.
rThis round’s muzzle velocity and bullet profile suit it especially well for use in a pistol caliber carbine. It further offers a new production brass casing, clean burning propellant, and Catalyst primer. That the hot igniting Catalyst is devoid of lead and the bullet’s base is protected by its jacket both make this round a great choice for shooting indoors where the ventilation may not be up to the task of protecting your lungs.
