rThis is a quintessential 9mm cartridge for training. Its 115 grain bullet is the same weight that a lot of premium self-defense loads offer, and with its full metal jacket it shouldn’t trip up a semi-auto’s feeding mechanism or leave much lead waste behind in its barrel.
