rrThis package contains 50 rounds of .40 Smith & Wesson lead free ammunition. Developed by Dynamic Research Technologies, these revolutionary rounds break apart with hard surface contact, reducing the risk of dangerous ricochet. However, when encountering a soft tissue target, the 105 grain frangible projectile expands due to hydrostatic force, disintegrating the bullet core and causing massive tissue damage. Each projectile consists of a densely compressed powdered core encased in a highly concentric copper jacket. The copper jacket peels open upon target penetration, exposing and dispersing the powdered core.
