Description
Norma’s Hexagon line of ammunition is match grade – not designed to ruin a bad guy’s day, but rather to improve yours as you enjoy tack driving accuracy out of your revolver.
rThis round’s 180 grain bullet only superficially resembles a JHP. The opening in its nose cavity exists because its lead core was poured in there while still molten, enabling it to conform perfectly to the contours of the jacket as it settled in place. The Hexagon bullet’s center of gravity is close to its base for greater stability. The six deep grooves running down its side do not create preset fault lines that direct expansion, but rather vastly improve the bullet’s rotational stability to help it stay on course.
rThis Hexagon cartridge is a great choice for shooting indoors where lead vapors can quickly accumulate. Its bullet’s base is entirely enveloped by its jacket, an accuracy enhancing feature which further prevents searing propellant gasses from vaporizing its core. Its Sintox primer is non-corrosive, NATO-approved, and devoid of heavy metals as well.
rNorma’s brass is precisely drawn and cut, seating its bullet evenly even after you’ve reloaded it a couple times.
