Description
Lake City Army Ammunition Plant makes plenty of 7.62×39 ammunition for U.S. government purposes. We won’t list them all here, but suffice to say ammo for the world’s most popular rifle is a valuable commodity. Lake City makes their new production 7.62×39 available to the U.S. civilian market as well. Winchester, which manages Lake City, already boxed it up real nice for you!
rNo bells and whistles on this round’s bullet. It’s a 123 grain full metal jacket – non-expanding, which makes it (A) economical, and (B) permissible for international warfare under the Hague Convention. Don’t conduct international warfare with this ammo, though. Take it to the rifle range and enjoy its consistent accuracy instead. Lake City’s FMJ does not attract a magnet!
rLake City’s Boxer primer is noncorrosive, too. These rounds wear pure brass never-before-fired cases. Once almost nothing remains of the clean-burning propellant, you can reload those brass cases. Go ahead, handload all day and all night. We’ll be right here whenever you need us.
