Description
Wolf finally makes 300 AAC Blackout ammunition! Finally, you can take advantage of budget-friendly magnetic ammo while your AR-15 sings chakka-chakka-chakka at the range.
rThis Russian round has a 145 grain bullet, loaded to a 1,985 fps muzzle velocity that’ll treat you to reliable cycling and a flat trajectory. This bullet’s FMJ projectile seems to have a copper jacket, but appearances are only skin deep. The bimetal jacket is in fact primarily made out of steel, a metal that is hard enough to prevent feeding issues yet soft enough to prevent damage to the bore – and it’s also magnetic.
rThis 300 Blackout ammo’s cases are also made of steel. This also brings Wolf ammo’s price tag down closer to earth, and Wolf’s own PolyFormance coating helps steel avoid creating too much friction that could complicate feeding and extraction. You’re not going to want to reload Wolf’s steel cases, and you might notice they create more fouling in the action. But Wolf’s Berdan primers are just as non-corrosive as the Boxer primers you’re probably accustomed to firing!
