rThis ammo comes from the birthplace of civilization itself: Italy, where NobelSport has loaded fine shotshells for several decades. They arm this 2-1/2†load with just half an ounce of #7.5 shot – 175 pellets total. NobelSport takes the crucial step of hardening their lead by adding antimony to it. This makes the lead a little less dense, but also protects it so well against flat spotting that it offers superlative accuracy by patterning very densely.
rNobelSport is in the business of making all their shells’ components. That affords them total control over their high density plastic wads, which are engineered to cast the most efficient possible patterns out of short and long barrels alike. These shells also feature NobelSport’s intensely reliable 209 primers, not to mention clean-burning powder that produces a 1,240 fps muzzle velocity out of a shotgun.
