rThis cartridge shoots flat and hits hard. Its 36 grain bullet weighs 10% less than average, so a rifle can push it to a pretty high muzzle velocity of 1,260 fps. The bullet will retain comparatively less downrange energy, but it certainly makes up for that with its heightened accuracy. The bullet’s copper plating also promotes greater accuracy by putting a stop to rapid barrel leading, and its nose cavity dominates small game by triggering fast terminal expansion immediately following impact.
rCCI’s rimfire primers are synonymous with great quality, and can be trusted to kindle these rounds’ clean-burning propellant charges the instant your firing pin makes contact.
