Description
Got some real interesting ammunition by American Tactical in store for you today, brother! This 410 Bore shotgun shell is loaded with a quarter-ounce rifled slug, and has an advertised muzzle velocity of 1,550 fps. That’s the same projectile diameter and MV as a 210 grain 410 Rem Mag load – but with about half the projectile weight.
rThis shell’s slug isn’t a sophisticated piece of engineering. It’s just a solid lead cylinder that decimates anything it collides with, complete with a rifled surface to assist with safe passage through a choke tube.
rDespite what American Tactical’s name suggests, this ammo was actually manufactured in Italy. That’s where Cheddite crafted its dependable primers, low-residue powder, and smooth-chambering plastic hulls. Each slug is backed by a hinged wad, which shortens during ignition in order to (A) soften recoil and (B) reduce muzzle rise. This ammo will work in Governor and Taurus revolvers!
