Each factory fresh .357 Magnum cartridge in this package is topped with a 125 grain XTP jacketed hollow point projectile. These proprietary XTP (eXtreme Terminal Performance) bulletsrare engineered for reliable expansion at a wide range of velocities. A special swaged lead core provides uniform density and optimal ballistic balance.

XTP bullets also feature a drawn gilding metal jacket that varies in thickness down the length of the bullet. This design provides a major benefit over bullets with uniform jacket thickness and helps control expansion upon target impact. The hollow point cavity is also completely encapsulated by jacketing material. With no exposed lead, the hollow point cavity performs properly upon impact.
