These low-brass 12 gauge shells from Winchester are not only ideal for downing upland birds but for shattering clay pigeons into dozens of smile-rending pieces! Each of these 2-3/4 inch shotshells house one ounce of #7.5 size shot which has been chilled and hardened in order to resist flattening; pellets with flat surfaces can fly erratically or fail to penetrate targets entirely. The rounds also consist of Winchester’s premium in-house components including non-corrosive 209 primers, water-resistant hulls, high-energy powder, and the time-tested AA wad.

Winchester’s AA wad design uses an obturating powder rear alongside a crush-ready center column for the most efficient use of propellant gases and reduced felt recoil respectively. The AA wad also tightens the shot pattern while increasing its effective range by way of a petaled forward section which helps pellets maintain their round shape.
