rThis is a fairly standard 12 Gauge target load, at least as far as its specs are concerned. Its 1-1/8 ounce column of #7.5 lead shot and 1,200 fps muzzle velocity give the shell a dram equivalent of 3, which is likely to cycle most semi-autos. Its rigid lead pellets fly downrange in a narrow pattern – perfect for intercepting targets on the fly.
rThis shell does boast something special: paper wads! They will gradually break down after they hit the ground, which makes this ammo ideal for firing on property that you don’t want to leave litter on. Federal also makes this shot’s filler out of cellulose, which is also paper’s main ingredient.
