rThis shell is loaded with 10 pieces of shot: #2 buck, which is a 0.06†narrower pellet than 00 buck and therefore less likely to pass clean through the target. The pellets are extra hard because they are plated with copper, and further protected against deformation by the soft plastic buffering all around them. It’s all about keeping those beads spherical so they can pattern as efficiently as possible.
rThis shell’s plastic FliteControl wad is also a worthy ally. It remains with the shot after expulsion from the muzzle, and only detaches from it after traveling a shot distance downrange. The payoff is an even narrower shot pattern, which will spell a real issue for whichever threat or quarry it collides with.
