rThis shotshell is loaded with 1-1/8 ounces of #8 shot. The lead shot pellets contain just enough antimony (2%) so they could harden correctly, though they aren’t exceptionally hard. They are protected against deformation by the shell’s lighter recoil, as well as Remington’s Power Piston wad which soaks up jarring force during ignition.
rThis round is loaded with the same primer as Remington’s Premier STS products. It’s a high-quality primer: noncorrosive, nonmercuric, clean-igniting and highly consistent. It lights up a charge of clean-burning propellant, and it leaves behind a reloadable low-brass (technically low-steel) tube. Order a case of 10 boxes and you’ll be feeling low recoil in no time!
