These plated .45 ACP bullets from Berry’s are inexpensive, lightweight, and modernized for superb strength and improved accuracy. Unlike typical plated projectiles, Berry’s bullet profile features chemically applied copper plating which is hard enough to withstand speeds up to 1,250 feet-per-second without separating from its lead core. These bullets are re-shaped after being coated for precisely measured dimensions and consistent, uniform shape. Each projectile measures .452 inches at its diameter.
rThese projectiles follow a hollow-base, round-nose (HB-RN) design which provides seamless feeding alongside an elongated body; the longer body makes greater contact with a barrel’s rifling for increased spin stability which tightens groups on targets.
