rrThis package contains 20 rounds of Corbon DPX 9mm Luger (also known as 9x19mm Parabellum) ammunition. Each round is loaded with a 115 grain Barnes X homogeneous solid copper hollow point projectile. Considered “barrier blind,†these projectiles deliver incredible terminal performance after penetrating a heavy barrier like auto glass or steel.
rrBarnes X bullets are jacketless and heat-treated for extra toughness. Providing 100 percent weight retention, Barnes X bullets expand to carve a wide wound channel, peeling back upon target impact to form four separate, scalpel-sharp petals. When viewed head on, these petals form a perfect “X,†giving the Barnes X its name.
rrEach of these new production, lead-free rounds features a boxer primer and reloadable brass casing. Loaded to +P overpressures, these loads produce a muzzle velocity of 1250 feet per second and a muzzle energy of 399 foot pounds.
