rNormal ammo contains lots of copper, which is not an inexpensive metal. This ammo contains lots of steel, which is an inexpensive metal! Each cartridge is loaded with a steel case instead of a brass one. It’s not reloadable. Each cartridge is also loaded with a 124 grain full metal jacket. The bullet appears to have a copper jacket, but it is actually nearly entirely made out of steel and is sure to attract a magnet. The FMJ’s exterior is copper-washed for better cosmetics.
rThis ammo’s Berdan primers deliver the same results as the Boxer ones American manufacturers typically load. They are noncorrosive, so you don’t have to worry about submerging your rifle in hot, soapy water as soon as target practice has ended. Convenient!
