These rounds are quick, firing at 2700 fps, and the 140gr. pointed soft point resists drag for improved long-range accuracy. The exposed lead of the PSP rapidly mushrooms in soft tissue, but not at the expense of the intense penetration facilitated by the mechanically locked jacket and core.
