rThe Solid Expansion is lead-free. The 100 percent copper bullet keeps a barrel nice and clean to preserve accuracy, avoids polluting the environment and contaminating meat, and complies with laws which ban lead bullets for hunting. A copper bullet is also extremely tough. It can’t exhibit core/jacket separation, and it will retain virtually all of its weight to ensure a deep wound channel.
rThe Solid Expansion’s uniform weight distribution, sleek profile and sharp polymer tip all add up to a 0.450 G1 ballistic coefficient, which is high for a 120 grain 6.5mm bullet. This will deliver the flat trajectory which makes hunting game at several hundred yards so much easier. The Solid Expansion’s tip also triggers wide and breakneck expansion – even at lower velocities – so you can expect to deal the kind of damage which concludes a hunt decisively.
