rThis round’s 600 grain projectile is a hard cast. It’s mostly made of lead, but it’s alloyed with additional metals that make it far too hard to deform as it pierces thick bone and dense flesh. The bullet will penetrate several feet deep while its broad nose profile gouges a devastating half-inch hole through the quarry. Underwood’s polymer coating virtually eliminates lead fouling, and it also keeps the bullet’s hard alloyed lead surface from grinding down the rifling. Great for target shooting and defense against dangerous game!
rIf you ever fire this ammo at night, then you will appreciate its propellant’s dull muzzle flash which won’t blind you.
