rThis round features a 405 grain projectile, the original weight it was loaded with back in the 19th century. Those who might like to hunt with a Trapdoor will appreciate how well this soft point bullet spreads out during penetration to dump staggering energy while leaving a wide wound channel in its wake. Still, the relatively affordable soft point is a good choice for target shooting as well.
