This package contains 20 rounds of Corbon DPX .44 Special ammunition. Loaded with 200 grain Barnes X hollow point bullets, these loads deliver deep, dependable penetration, even when shot through tough steel barriers. Constructed of solid, heat-treated copper, Barnes X projectiles have zero jacket/core separation, and therefore provide 100 percent weight retention.
The specially engineered Barnes X bullets feature a deep forward cavity which causes the nose to peel back forming four separate razor-sharp petals. When viewed head on, the expanded petals look just like the letter “Xâ€, giving the Barnes X its name.
This new production ammunition is lead free, non-corrosive, boxer primed, and made in the U.S.A. Featuring reloadable aluminum casings, these loads deliver a muzzle velocity of 950 feet per second and a muzzle energy of 401 foot pounds.
