rThis cartridge’s hard cast wide lead nose gas check projectile is less complicated than it sounds. As a hard cast, it is substantially less malleable than a conventional lead bullet. That’s why it barely deforms during high-velocity impact and penetration, which enables it to inflict the deepest wound channel its 320 grain weight will allow. As a wide lead nose, the bullet has the ideal profile to inflict maximum damage to soft tissue without undergoing deformation. And thanks to its gas check, the bullet is able to create an extremely efficient seal against the bore. That ensures virtually all of the exploding propellant gasses behind it work toward acceleration.

rThis new production, brass-cased and reloadable Oregon-made ammo is not an ideal choice for neutralizing “urban†threats. That hard cast WLNGC will certainly leave a nasty mark, but its propensity for deep penetration means that is virtually certain to pass clean through a two-legged interloper.
