Description
This 223 Rem cartridge is straight from the icy domain of Russia. That country’s ammunition is perhaps best known for its steel casings, which make shooting a far more economical endeavor than brass with its high copper content ever could. Wolf ensured that these rounds’ casings will slip in and out of a rifle’s chamber like greased lightning by coating them in a thin layer of low friction polymer. That coating also helps to stave off corrosion, as does Wolf’s modern Berdan primers!
rA heavyweight bullet like this round’s will measurably benefit your accuracy, provided that your barrel’s twist is up to the task of stabilizing it in flight. Wolf made this round especially flexible by making its bullet a hollow point nose cavity: still by all means affordable enough for blasting away at cans and bottles, but with the terminal effect that makes it especially effective for hunting small to medium-sized game.
