rThis 223 Rem cartridge is loaded with a very light 45 grain bullet. Whereas the more common 55 grain bullet typically achieves a muzzle velocity in the ballpark of 3,240 fps, this round’s little bullet tears out of the barrel at a rate of 3,550 fps. As such it’s going to give you a level trajectory at close range. If you zero in at 150 yards, the bullet’s trajectory should only have to rise above the muzzle line by about 1.04â€!
rThe flat-shooting jacketed hollow point makes a great choice for hunting small varmints.
