Description
The right bullet in the right place can make all the difference. That sounds like the tagline for some horribly inaccurate Hollywood action movie – you know, the kind where a single shot from a handgun can send a bad guy flying 12 feet across the room and through a window. But we’re not talking about movies. We’re talking about hunting deer with a 22-250 Rem rifle!
rThis cartridge has the simplest kind of bullet you can trust during your 22-250 deer hunting adventures: the 60 grain soft point. A minimum of 55 grains is usually recommended for taking a whitetail (or similarly sized deer species) with a 22-250. This bullet’s extra 5 grains is only going to provide greater assurance that the wound column will be long enough to get ‘er done. The SP is also designed for terminal expansion, which will commence the instant the lead tip starts mashing down.
rAguila’s ammunition is the pride of Mexico: never corrosive, always virgin brass-cased, and always reloadable. The only magnetic ammo Aguila manufactures is M855, and this sure as heck ain’t that.
