USA Forged ammunition is an all-new offering from Winchester intended to give shooters dependable training rounds at a low price point for high volume drills and frequent practice. These 9mm Luger rounds are built in the United States using the same premium powder and non-corrosive Boxer primers that you are used to, but loaded into steel shell casings which cost less and pass savings on to the consumer.
rThe steel material is manufactured on precision machinery for consistent dimensions and then treated with Winchester’s exclusive surface coating which provides corrosion resistance alongside smooth feeding and ejection. These cartridges are topped with conventional full metal jacket (FMJ) lead core projectiles which weigh in at 115 grains. This is the most common plinking weight for 9x19mm and offers light recoil and a flat trajectory.
