Description
These NATO-spec rounds not only exhibit dependable quality but come packed in a protective polyurethane sleeve for storage and transportation. Each of these 5.56x45mm cartridges is manufactured using a non-corrosive Boxer primer installed into a reloadable brass casing which has been annealed for flexibility at the neck and shoulder; this heat treatment reduces the chance for splitting and cracking which could ruin the case. PMC uses moisture-resistant primer sealant in order to preserve the rounds’ function in field environments.
rThe rounds are loaded with 55-grain full metal jacket (FMJ) projectiles with toothed cannelures which prevent jostling and preserve accuracy. 55-grain bullets are common to both the 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington calibers and offer light recoil, flat shooting, and easy ranging. The five polymer Battle Packs that contain these rounds come sealed for protection from dust, water, and corrosion. PMC is a Korean company that produces their ammo components in-house for full control over quality.
