This .45 ACP +P ammo from Speer’s Lawman series is a quality practice load designed to mimic the external ballistics and recoil of Speer’s Gold Dot self-defense ammunition. Each round fires a medium weight 200 grain total metal jacket bullet (safe for indoor shooting) at 975 feet per second. Training with this ammo will enable you to grow accustomed to the additional recoil of +P ammo in case you ever need to use your carry pistol in self-defense. This ammo comes in a case of 1,000 and is loaded in Lewiston, Idaho using reloadable brass cases and non-corrosive primers.
