This .38 Special ammunition from Tula is an excellent target shooting load for .38 SPL revolvers and also works well in .357 Magnum handguns when a lower-recoil, lower-cost alternative is desired. Each round in this case of 1,000 fires a 130 grain full metal jacket bullet at 890 feet per second. Tula ammo is loaded in Russia using non-corrosive Berdan primers and non-reloadable steel cases. Due to its magnetic properties, this ammo may not be suitable for all indoor ranges.
