The company holds its receivers to tight tolerances within military specifications, so all mil-spec components will function in this lower, and the receiver is compatible with all M16- and M4-style upper receivers. To enhance its durability, the receiver is treated with an all-black, Class 2 hard-anodized finish.This particular KE Arms KE-15 Lower Receiver, in addition to having the flared magazine well, has been optimized to work reliably with SureFire 60- and 100-round magazines, as well as higher-capacity drums from Magpul and X Products.
