rThis round is armed with the long-distance target shooter’s preferred 168 grain open tip match. Once the OTM’s thin, sleek and uniform copper jacket is created, it is filled with molten lead. That lead hardens in place to form a voidless core – the reason why the OTM boasts the best rotational stability of any bullet on the market. The OTM’s base is also jacketed, which prevents any part of the core from deforming under the heat of ignition.
rTake care that the OTM’s narrow nose cavity does not initiate terminal expansion. It only exists because it gave passage to the lead which formed the bullet’s core.
