Description
Are you accustomed to steel-cased, Berdan-primed 7.62×39 from Russia – ammo with steel-jacketed non-expanding bullets? Then we’ve got something in stock that’s going to BLOW YOUR SOCKS OFF – FIGURATIVELY! It’s Winchester’s American-made 7.62×39, which is ideal for hunting medium game and home defense!
rNo steel cases in this batch. Winchester adorns each round with a virgin brass shell, which makes this ammo a little cleaner-shooting as well as reloadable. Its Boxer primers are also noncorrosive (which in all fairness isn’t really an issue with Russian ammo these days, unless you’re talking about Red Army surplus).
rThis cartridge’s 123 grain projectile is nothing less than the Power-Point. It’s a soft point, with a 100% copper-alloy jacket and solid lead core. Once the Power-Point’s unjacketed tip connects with soft tissue, it will smash down to produce significant terminal expansion. That enables the Power-Point to inflict more damage to its target, as well as minimize its risk of passing clean through it. That’s much better terminal ballistics for taking game or neutralizing a threat than an FMJ could ever deliver.
