Each new production .223 Remington cartridge is loaded with a 40 grain sleek, polymer-tipped bullets that are explosive on impact. The special polymer tip increases ballistic performance to maximize long-range accuracy, while promote rapid expansion upon target impact. These proprietary bullets also feature a lead core surrounded by a thin alloy jacket engineered with a sidewall profile that produces rapid and explosive fragmentation.
