rrEach of these 20 .45 ACP rounds is loaded with a 165 grain Pow’RBall hollow point projectile. The lead core of these unique projectiles is shaped into a specially designed cavity and topped with a smooth polymer ball. Upon target impact, the polymer ball works to initiate controlled expansion. The result is a classic mushroom shape that effectively transfers energy to the target. The round profile provides excellent weight retention and is unaffected by heavy clothing, glass, or sheet metal.
rrThe polymer ball also creates a “full metal jacket†or “round nose†profile. The design enhancing feeding in semi-automatic weapons and delivers massive stopping power, making these loads a perfect option for self-defense.
